Bob is a dynamic and strategic senior leader commanding over 35 years’ experience to provide business risk analysis for building board-level strategies that transform businesses and revitalise operations. He embeds a deep knowledge of business development, executive coaching, process improvement and project management to guide seamless change journeys in a range of complex industries.
Bob works to implement risk management frameworks to mitigate key risks and leads audits to ensure compliance. He mobilises cross-functional teams with integrity to drive operational excellence and forges strategic partnerships to engage diverse stakeholder groups. As well as providing strategic direction and strong objective problem-solving capabilities to elevate performance, improve efficiencies and drive profitability.
